Buying a home?
Instead of charging the traditional 3% commission fee, our Finaya partners commit to a reduced commission fee, allowing us to give cashback to you. You can use your commission rebate towards closing costs.
Selling a home?
You deserve to keep the home equity that you’ve worked so hard to earn. Finaya partners commit to a 1.5% commission fee, regardless of the listing price, and provide you with a full service package that includes staging, photography, and open houses. Our motto is no lengthy contract commitments, no fine print, and full transparency. That’s what we offer to our homebuyers and sellers.
