  Naren Nath

  Co-Founder & CEO

  Naren Nath leads Finaya's vision, strategy, and execution, guiding the company's mission to transform homeownership through an AI-powered marketplace that brings together home buying and selling, mortgage, title, insurance, repairs, and other essential services into a single intelligent platform.

  Naren has spent his career leading technology companies and digital transformation initiatives that combine AI, enterprise software, and marketplace innovation to solve complex business challenges. He is the principal inventor on 11 granted patents and the author of The Consumer Revolution: Tipping the Balance of Power.

  Prior to Finaya, Naren served as Senior Vice President of Digital Products and Transformation at Wells Fargo Home Lending, where he led digital transformation initiatives for one of the nation's largest mortgage organizations. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO and President of two ventures in the e-commerce and online travel industries, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Persistent Systems, Vice President of the Indirect Division at Trilogy Software, and Group Product Manager in Microsoft's Advanced Technology Division.

  Nicholas A. Campo Sr.

  Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

  Nicholas A. Campo Sr. leads Finaya's go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales, strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion. He is responsible for building the commercial organization that connects homeowners, industry professionals, and marketplace partners through Finaya's AI-powered homeownership platform.

  Nicholas has spent his career helping consumers navigate the mortgage and homeownership journey while building high-performing sales organizations and scalable revenue operations. With more than a decade of experience spanning mortgage banking, fintech, and business development, he brings deep industry expertise and a customer-first perspective to Finaya's mission.

  Prior to co-founding Finaya, Nicholas held leadership and top-producing roles at Rocket Mortgage, NewRez, Cardinal Financial, and Caliber Home Loans. His experience spans underwriting, sales leadership, mortgage operations, and business development, giving him firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing today's homeownership ecosystem.

  Igor Lushchyk

  Co-Founder & CTO

  Igor Lushchyk leads Finaya's technology strategy and engineering organization, overseeing the development of the AI platform and infrastructure that power the company's marketplace and intelligent customer experiences. He is responsible for building scalable, production-ready systems that transform advanced AI into reliable products used by customers and partners.

  Igor has spent his career building AI platforms, machine learning systems, and large-scale data infrastructure that enable intelligent applications at scale. With more than 15 years of software engineering experience, his expertise spans generative AI, machine learning, semantic search, recommendation systems, conversational AI, data engineering, and MLOps.

  Prior to Finaya, Igor held engineering and leadership roles at Adyen and Miro, where he developed machine learning platforms and data systems supporting millions of users and transactions. He also co-founded AI startups including azimu.ai, kingspeech.ai, and 2Know Services, helping build products and teams focused on applying AI to real-world business problems.

  Sergio Gonzales

  Co-Founder & Head of Product, AI

  Sergio "Serge" Gonzales oversees the development of the agentic AI operating system that powers Finaya's marketplace and intelligent customer experiences. The platform helps people make better homeownership decisions by orchestrating homeowners, professionals, and services to connect the right people at the right time, simplify complex decisions, and turn insight into action.

  Serge has spent his career building intelligent systems that bring together technology, data, and human expertise to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes. He holds more than 50 issued U.S. patents spanning biological, physical, and digital systems—from biotechnology and advanced sensing to enterprise software, digital commerce, networking, and intelligent connected systems.

  Prior to Finaya, Serge co-founded Engenai, where he developed generative AI orchestration infrastructure for intelligent commerce. He served as VP of SaaS Platforms at MORE Health, where he led cloud platforms supporting remote physician collaboration across a global network of leading academic medical centers, hospitals, and specialists. As Director of Innovation Programs at eBay, Serge created the company's largest innovation ecosystem, helping bring customer-facing products from idea to market at scale.

  Timmy Doran

  Chief of Operations, Mortgage

  Timmy Doran leads Finaya's mortgage operations, overseeing the processes, workflows, and operational strategy that power the company's lending platform. He is responsible for optimizing loan operations, ensuring operational excellence, and helping bridge the gap between mortgage expertise and intelligent automation to deliver a faster, more efficient home financing experience.

  Timmy has spent his career improving mortgage operations by combining deep lending expertise with process optimization, workflow automation, and product strategy. With more than 15 years of experience spanning mortgage lending, underwriting, and operations, he brings a practical understanding of how technology can simplify complex lending processes while maintaining exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

  Prior to Finaya, Timmy held mortgage servicing, quality control, and underwriting roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage before spending more than a decade at Rocket Mortgage, where he advanced into senior underwriting and managed high-volume loan pipelines involving complex credit scenarios. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations improve operational efficiency, modernize lending workflows, and deliver better outcomes for both customers and lending professionals.
